Ana María Crocker

Aceptó al Señor Jesucristo como su salvador personal a la edad de 7 años durante una Escuela Bíblica de Vacaciones. Es miembro en la Iglesia del Nazareno Landívar en el Distrito Central de Guatemala, y sirve como misionera global en la Iglesia del Nazareno. Su llamado al ministerio inició cuando servía, junto a mi esposo Cornelio (?) apoyando a una pareja de misioneros con los equipos de Trabajo y Testimonio que llegaban a su país y luego formar parte del equipo con varias parejas nacionales. Ha servido como secretaria de la Junta de la Iglesia del Nazareno Landívar, por varios años en diferentes periodos, así como en el Concilio de MNI del Distrito Central como coordinadora de T & T, vice–presidente y luego, durante 9 años como presidente. Sirvió también como coordinadora de MNI para el Área Central de la ex Región MAC, asistiendo en el ministerio a los países de Guatemala, El Salvador y Honduras. En el ministerio global, sirvió durante 2 cuatrienios (2001 – 2005 y 2005 – 2009) como miembro del Concilio Global de MNI en representación de la ex Región MAC, miembro de la Junta General de la Iglesia del Nazareno (2005 – 2009) y miembro del Comité Internacional de la denominación (2005 – 2009), representando a la misma ex región. En el ministerio regional, sirvió como miembro del Comité Consultivo Regional (RAC) durante 4 años (2005 – 2009), y desde el 2004 ha servido como coordinadora regional de MNI para la ex Region MAC y la actual Región Mesoamerica. Servir a Dios en las misiones ha sido un privilegio y anima a otros a responder al llamado. Agradece a Dios por la vida de sus hijos, Ana Zoila y Wilfredo, Oscar Arnoldo y Sarita y Juan Carlos, y por sus 2 nietos, Emma Naomi y Pablo Andres quienes le sirven también.

Andrew & Julie Murakami

Andrew and Julie Murakami are both ordained elders in the Church of the Nazarene who recently married each other and are serving in missions around the world. Previously, Andrew was a local pastor in the United States, and Julie was a global missionary serving in MesoAmerica. Now together, God has merged their lives and their past decade of individual ministry experience to minister as global missionaries in Guadalajara, Mexico. Andrew grew up a pastor’s kid in California and Hawaii, while Julie grew up internationally as a missionary’s kid in Spain and Argentina. God called them both to ministry at youth events at the age of thirteen (Andrew at a youth camp in Sacramento, California and Julie at a youth conference in Campinas, Brazil). They became friends while pursuing that call and studying at Point Loma Nazarene University. They graduated in 2012 and continued to support each other as colleagues, as Andrew became a local pastor in California and Julie became a local pastor in Colorado. God rekindled Julie’s missionary call after serving on her district NMI council and attending General Assembly as a delegate. Julie became a global missionary in 2018 and served in Guyana for almost four years. Meanwhile, Andrew ministered as a local lead pastor with an emphasis in church-planting, discipleship, and evangelism. God renewed his missionary call a few years later after serving on his district NMI council and participating in a work and witness trip to Mexico. In 2021, God reconnected Andrew and Julie through a ministry collaboration. After knowing each other for 12 years, the Lord decided it was finally time to lift the veil from their eyes. They were married in July 2023, and they moved to Mexico as volunteers while God continued to knit their lives and ministries together through the process of becoming global missionaries. Andrew and Julie hope that their testimony of waiting in the Lord and being obedient to His call is an encouragement to others and proclaims God’s faithfulness and goodness.  Andrew is the Partnership Coordinator for Mexico. He connects churches and individuals in the United States with the churches and the ministry projects in the Mexico field. Julie is the Administrative Assistant for Mexico. She develops, equips and empowers the 15 districts in the Mexico Field through secretarial matters and statistics. Andrew and Julie are both support pastors in the local church and part of the preaching rotation. The Murakamis are passionate about youth ministry, single’s ministry, and family and marriage ministry. They enjoy hosting youth and families in their home. They love getting to know their neighbors and learning to cook the local cuisine. They enjoy exploring new places and learning new languages and cultures. They are ecstatic to share the testimony of what God has done, what He is doing, and what He will continue to do in this adventurous, faith-filled year. Bayley & Tucker Friberg

Tucker and Bailey Friberg are newlyweds with hearts set on chasing the Kingdom of God. They strive to be the hands and feet of Jesus, wherever He leads them. Bailey has long carried a deep passion for spreading the Good News whether to her neighbors next door, or across the globe. She studied at Northwest Nazarene University (NNU), where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministries and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Christian Ministries, set to graduate in the spring of 2026. Bailey was actively involved at Eagle Nazarene Church and played on the NNU women’s soccer team. It was during her time at NNU that she met Tucker Friberg, now her husband. The two were married on May 15, 2025, and are excited to begin this new season of life together. Bailey now serves as a missionary for the USA/Canada Region as the Communications and Partner Coordinator. In this role, she leads communication initiatives including internal and external messaging, regional resources, social media, events, and website content. She also stewards the USA/Canada brand and collaborates with Global Missions Communications Coordinators around the world, as well as with the GMC Communications Department. Additionally, Bailey serves as the primary liaison between the regional office and various ministry partnerships, including Alpha Ministries, Gloo, the BLESS App, Outreach, and Beyond Success. Her work ensures that districts and local churches are equipped with the tools and resources they need to fully engage with these partnerships and advance the mission of the Church. Tucker graduated from NNU with a degree in Mathematics and Math Education. During his academic journey, he had the unique opportunity to contribute to wildfire science research with NASA. Now, he is continuing on that path at the University of Nevada, Reno, where he is pursuing a master’s degree in Atmospheric Science. Growing up in California, Tucker’s family home faced several close calls with wildfires, an experience that ignited his passion for fire science. His goal is to become a meteorologist specializing in wildfire prediction and prevention, combining scientific expertise with a deep desire to protect lives and communities. Tucker is deeply passionate about the intersection of science and faith, believing that the two walk hand in hand. He carries a strong desire to proclaim Jesus’ love and salvation in the STEM world and is committed to pursuing his career with Christ at the center of it all. Tucker and Bailey are filled with gratitude for all that God has done in their lives and are wholeheartedly committed to serving Him in whatever way He calls. They feel a clear calling to be the hands and feet of Jesus faithfully following wherever He leads.

Benjamín & Katherine Radcliffe

Ben and Katherine, along with their children, Simeon, Matthias, Tabea, Naomi and Luka serve at Kudjip Nazarene Hospital in Papua New Guinea. Ben is a general surgeon and Katherine is a family physician. Ben also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the hospital.They appreciate your prayers as they partner with the Papua New Guinean people to disciple and train physicians, minister to patients, and share the love of Christ with His people.

Bill & Mill Kwon

Dr. Donghwan (Bill) Kwon serves as the Field Strategy Coordinator for the Southeast Asia Field of the Church of the Nazarene. He provides strategic leadership across Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, and two creative access areas. After experiencing God’s grace and the assurance of salvation in 1998, Bill and his wife, Mill, said “yes” to God’s call to full-time ministry. That commitment has led them on a journey across Asia since 2003. Since moving to mainland Southeast Asia in 2014, Bill has been a catalyst for God’s work among unreached communities. What began as a small, developing field has flourished into a multiplying movement. Today, the field encompasses 322 churches and over 16,000 members. Since 2016, the region has expanded from 6 districts to 11, while developing 11 pioneer areas and strengthening national leadership. The growth has been particularly remarkable in specific regions: Myanmar: Expanded from 2 districts to 5, and from 22 churches to over 130 in the past decade. Creative Access Area (CAA) 10: Grown from no presence in 2021 to over 4,200 Nazarenes, 78 pastors, and more than 50 churches today. From 2015 to 2021, Bill also served as the 5th Chancellor of Chapman International College. Under his leadership, the school expanded to over 700 students across multiple learning centers in Southeast Asia, equipping a new generation of pastors and leaders. This growth is the direct result of intentional discipleship, organic church planting, and pastoral training through extension education. New believers, leaders, and churches are emerging in places where the gospel is being heard for the first time. Bill’s wife, Mill, serves alongside him as a teacher, translator, and ministry partner. They are raising four children: Yihyun, working in Korea; Minki, studying economics in Japan; Minjae, studying law in Australia; and Geumju, a high school student in Bangkok.

Brandino & Carolyne Bestre

Brandino and Carolyne Bestre are from Baguio City, Philippines, and are missionaries to Papua New Guinea, Melanesia South Pacific Field where Brandino serves as the Principal of Melanesia Nazarene Bible College and Carol is the Field Education Coordinator and functions as Director of the Bachelor of Theology in the college. Apart from administrative roles, they lecture in their fields of expertise. They both earned their master’s degree at the Asia-Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary in 1989 and pastored Nazarene churches in the Metro Manila District from 1988 to 1999. Moving back to their home place in Baguio City, they helped Pines City Nazarene Christian Fellowship in its inception years and have maintained their membership in this fellowship. Brandino completed his Doctor of Ministry at the Asia-United Theological University (former Asian Center for Theological Studies and Missions) in South Korea in 2002, while Carol did her Ph.D. in Christian Education at the Hoseo University in South Korea in 2006. Apart from those trainings, Brandino and Carol are licensed Civil Engineer and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine respectively.  The Bestres served as education administrators and faculty members of theological colleges and seminaries with government recognized programs through the Commission on Higher Education of the Philippines from 2000 to 2021. The couple is blessed with three sons: Nathaniel Brian, Jonathan Carlo, and Gabriel Nichol, and a daughter-in-law, Mihaela.

Carlos & Ana Salazar

Ana y Carlos Salazar son de origen guatemalteco. Tienen 3 hijos, Amy, Andrea y Gabriel. Sirven en el ministerio de Comunicaciones de la Región Mesoamérica y actualmente residen en Costa Rica. Carlos y Ana iniciaron su servicio como empleados de la antigua Región MAC, en Guatemala. Carlos, del año 2000 al 2008, y Ana de 2007 a 2008. En 2009 ambos fueron llamados a servir como misioneros regionales en Costa Rica. Luego en 2015 como misioneros con Asignación Especial. Cuatro años después, (2019) fueron comisionados como misioneros globales de la Iglesia del Nazareno para servir en la Región Mesoamérica. Comunicaciones Mesoamérica es un ministerio que apoya a todos los ministerios regionales facilitando herramientas para ayudarlos a cumplir con la misión de hacer discípulos semejantes a Cristo... El objetivo del ministerio de Comunicaciones es presentar el evangelio al mundo utilizando la tecnología y los medios de comunicación. Carlos sirve específicamente como productor y camarógrafo y editor de video, Webmaster del sitio regional y es miembro del equipo de TI del CMG como administrador de TI para la región mesoamérica. Ana es la encargada de las noticias, además de coordinar las redes sociales de la región. “Si Cristo conmigo va, yo iré, yo no temeré, con gozo iré, conmigo va. Es grato servir a Jesús, llevar la cruz. Si Cristo va conmigo, yo iré”. Es una parte de uno de sus himnos favoritos que llevan en el corazón mientras caminan con Jesús por el camino misionero. Gracias por bendecir nuestras vidas con sus oraciones, hemos sentido el amor, cuidado y la ayuda de Dios como respuesta a ello. ¡Dios los bendiga!

Carlos & Keyla Betanzos

Carlos y Keila son misioneros sirviendo en la coordinación de finanzas de la región Mesoamérica, con sede en Panamá. Keila estudió enfermería general con una espacialidad en enfermería quirúrgica, mientras que Carlos cuenta con estudios en administración de empresas, recursos humanos y finanzas corporativas. Contrajeron matrimonio en agosto de 2020. Antes de ser llamados a esta asignación regional, sirvieron en su país de origen durante seis años como misioneros voluntarios en Ministerios Nazarenos de Compasión México, coordinando jornadas médicas en comunidades de escasos recursos de todo el país, respondiendo ante las necesidades que surgen después de un desastre natural y auxiliando a poblaciones en situación de crisis humanitaria. En total, Dios los ha permitido brindar más de 300 jornadas médicas; responder a 5 desastres naturales en México, Guatemala y Bahamas; y atender a miles de migrantes y personas desplazadas de sus comunidades de origen. Todo para la Gloria de Dios. Ellos se sienten asombrados de cómo Dios ha ido transformando sus vidas en los últimos años y privilegiados por todo lo que les ha permitido trabajar durante estos años de servicio. ————————————————————————— Carlos and Keila are missionaries serving in the finance coordination of the Mesoamerica Region, based in Panama. Keila studied nursing with a specialization in surgical nursing, and Carlos has studies in business administration, human resources and corporate finance. They were married in August 2020. Before being called to this regional assignment, they served in their home country for six years as volunteer missionaries in Nazarene Compassionate Ministries Mexico, coordinating medical brigades in low-income communities throughout the country, responding to needs that arise after a natural disaster and helping populations in humanitarian crisis. In total, God has allowed them to provide more than 300 medical brigades; respond to 5 natural disasters in Mexico, Guatemala and Bahamas; and assist thousands of migrants and displaced people from their communities of origin. All for the glory of God. They are amazed at how God has been transforming their lives in the last years and privileged by all that He has allowed them to work during these years of service.

Carlos & Nancy Cordero

Carlos y Nancy son venezolanos y han servido por más de 30 años como pastores en varias congregaciones. También han servido como Superintendentes de distrito y liderazgos nacionales y de la Región. Carlos es master en Teología y Coach Certificado, Nancy es Psicóloga Clínica. Tienen dos hijas, (Leidy y Ana María) y una nieta (Anna Isabella). Carlos sirve como Coordinador de Estrategia de Área para Norcentral en la Región Mesoamérica, que incluye Guatemala, Honduras y El Salvador, residiendo en Guatemala.Nancy trabaja con las esposas de Superintendentes y de pastores. ¡Únase a ellos en esta misión y acompáñeles en oración en el ministerio que desempenan !

Chad & Crystal Gibbons

Chad and Crystal Gibbons are serving as global missionaries to the Eurasia North Field, and were living in Kyiv, Ukraine prior to the war. Chad is the Field Finance Coordinator serving the local churches, districts and leaders, allowing them to build the Kingdom while having the resources needed. He is also the Eurasia Regional Discipleship Coordinator. Crystal was the NCM coordinator for the field until just recently when she moved into a new position as Communications Coordinator for Global Missions working with all 7 Regions, NMI and the Global Missions Director to help share the story of what God is doing all around the world. Chad served as senior pastor at Centerpointe Church of the Nazarene in Howell, Michigan for 7 years, while Crystal served as the Worship Director. They also founded the Livingston County Severe Weather Network. Starting as a cold weather shelter for those individuals experiencing homelessness in their neighborhood, it has grown into a fully funded, non-profit supported by dozens of local churches and national organizations. They are currently serving as Pastor and Worship Pastor in the local International Church in Busingen, Germany where they live. Both being raised in Michigan, Chad and Crystal met and got married in 2001. They have two children. Their daughter, Alaina is studying Music Education at Arkansas State University and their son, Carson is studying Environmental Biology at Mount Vernon Nazarene University. They are so thankful for the prayers and support of the church as they serve where God has called them.

Charity Shonamon

Charity serves as a teacher at Kudjip Nazarene Hospital in Papua New Guinea. Without access to reliable, quality education, families would not be able to serve the many districts, churches, and 60,000+ patients seen annually in this area. Charity has served the Church of the Nazarene since 2016. She’s taught students in the jungles of Papua New Guinea, in the competitive world of Singapore, and in the factory district outside of Bangkok. She earned a graduate certificate in Intercultural Studies from Asia Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary in 2024. She also has degrees in Elementary Education and teaching English as a Second Language from Olivet Nazarene University. Danielle Miller

Serving in the Ministry is nothing new to Danielle Miller. Danielle hails from the beautiful island of Barbados where she commenced her journey in Ministry as a young adolescent. She served as a Vacation Bible School and Sunday school teacher. She has attained several experiences in her portfolio as she was the local NYI President, District NYI Secretary, District NYI Vice President and District NYI President. Danielle has a dream of helping the Districts in the Caribbean Field to be effective in administrative tasks and Ministry. This aspiration has propelled her to become involved in short term missions with the Called to Serve Mission Team in the Caribbean Field and that further compelled her to follow the call to be a Missionary. As an educator and a youth leader, Danielle is convinced that the youth need an advocate; especially for those who may not be able to do so for themselves. Her resolve is to share Christ with those who may never have an opportunity to hear about Him. Danielle is impassioned about showing the young ones who fall under her care the Love that Christ has for them and the Hope that is founded in Him. Danielle is serving as the Administrative Assistant to the Caribbean Field and the Field Strategy Coordinator. She also serves as the Caribbean Field NYI Coordinator.

David & Erika Campos

David y Erika son misioneros sirivendo en Rep. Dominicana, en la región Mesoamérica. Tienen dos hijas: Sara y Ana Emilia. David y Erika, de El Salvador y Costa Rica, comenzaron su ministerio de formas separadas en la Región Mesoamérica. Ambos fueron líderes locales, distritales e incluso asistentes pastorales. Más adelante sirvieron como misioneros voluntarios en viajes de corto plazo en países como Guatemala, Jordania, México, República Dominicana, etc. Después mientras eran misioneros ya de largo plazo en diferentes países de la región, tuvieron la oportunidad de reconectarse y después de un tiempo, se casaron (en Marzo 2016) y continuaron juntos en el campo misionero. Como pareja, sirvieron previamente en Haití durante 6 años y en Guyana por 2 años. Erika se ha desempeñado como Coordinadora Regional de Personal desde 2018. Y David se desempeña como el Coordinador Regional de Ministerios de Compasión. Ellos se sienten privilegiados de que Dios los haya llamado a servir a las naciones de Mesoamérica. ¡Únete a ellos en oración por su ministerio y para que el Espíritu Santo prepare los corazones de las personas quienes van a recibir las Buenas Nuevas a través de su ministerio ahora y en las generaciones futuras!

Diana Gonzáles

País de servicio: Ecuador

Diana González, originaria de El Salvador, sirve como misionera en Quito, Ecuador. Desde su tiempo como universitaria Dios la llamó a las misiones transculturales y a través de viajes misioneros a corto plazo a Guatemala, Honduras y Nicaragua, Dios confirmó este llamado. Su oración es caminar en obediencia respondiendo el llamado de Dios a su vida. En el 2019 fue asignada como misionera en Guatemala a través de Proyecto Génesis, un proyecto de plantación de iglesias en contextos urbanos de la Región Mesoamérica. En medio de la pandemia por COVID-19 vio la fidelidad de Dios a través de vidas transformadas pues las restricciones de la pandemia fueron usadas como oportunidades para compartir el evangelio y mostrar la compasión de Jesús a la gente que lo necesitaba. En el 2024 Dios la llamó a servir en la Amazonía Ecuatoriana en el desarrollo del área espiritual de los diferentes ministerios de Compasión en el Distrito Austro.  Ella trabajó en ocho comunidades diferentes, sirviendo aproximadamente 1,400 niños junto a sus familias.  También participó en el ministerio de Supervivencia que atiende de manera integral a 45 mujeres embarazadas o quienes recién han dado a luz. Diana sirvió en la evangelización, discipulado y acompañamiento espiritual en el distrito, movilizando a la iglesia existente a dar a conocer a Jesús en sus comunidades. Hasta hoy también sigue coordinando los Estudios Teológicos Descentralizados del Distrito Austro pero desde Quito ya que en junio 2025 Dios la llamó a trabajar en el Seminario Teológico Nazareno Sudamericano. Diana sabe que esta oportunidad de servicio en la educación teológica del Área Andino Norte es una bendición de parte de Dios pero también una oración contestada ya que ella oraba por esta puerta abierta, ella sabe que la preparación es importante y en este año graduó de una Maestría en Ciencias de la Religión con el SENDAS (Costa Rica). Ahora Diana sirve en el área administrativa y docente del STNS (Ecuador), ayudando en la comunicación entre el Seminario y los estudiantes, líderes, pastores, de Ecuador, Colombia y Venezuela. Mientras Diana responde en obediencia a Dios, le invita a ser parte de su ministerio orando por: Sabiduría y gracia para el desarrollo de su ministerio en el STNS. Salud integral. Provisión económica para su sostenimiento en el campo misionero. “Gracias por conocer mi historia. Oro para que Dios también te use a ti en Su misión. Juntos podemos ver más vidas transformadas por el evangelio.”

Edgar & Areli Corzo

Ellos son Areli y Edgar, originarios del Sur de México. Sirven actualmente en Guadalajara, México, como misioneros para la Iglesia del Nazareno en el Área México de la Región Mesoamérica. Edgar nació y creció en Tuxtla Gutiérrez, México. Desde su juventud ha servido en la Iglesia del Nazareno en el liderazgo de la JNI en diversas funciones. Fue misionero voluntario durante un año en Ciudad Juárez, México, como parte del programa Iniciativa de la Frontera. Ha servido como pastor durante 10 años; en 2016 egresó de la Licenciatura en Teología Pastoral en el Seminario Nazareno Mexicano, y en 2022 fue ordenado Presbítero en la Iglesia del Nazareno. Actualmente sirve como Coordinador de Finanzas y de JNI en el Área México. Areli nació y creció también en Tuxtla Gutiérrez, México. Desde su adolescencia sirvió en su iglesia local en los ministerios infantil y de esgrima bíblico; y más tarde en el liderazgo de la JNI. Es egresada de la Licenciatura en Educación Especial, con un enfoque especial en el área de audición y lenguaje. Sabe comunicarse con personas sordas en lenguaje de señas, y ha impartido talleres acerca de cómo aprenderlo. A lo largo de su vida se ha desempeñado principalmente en el ministerio infantil; y actualmente sirve como Coordinadora de Movimiento de Justicia en el Área México. Son un matrimonio desde 2016, y juntos han formado una hermosa familia conformada ahora también por sus pequeños Ilse e Isaac. De manera individual ambos sintieron el llamado de Dios a las misiones desde su juventud; sin embargo, en 2021 decidieron aplicar para servir en la Iglesia del Nazareno como misioneros de tiempo completo, y en 2024 fueron aprobados. Edivaldo Júnior and Cinthia Galvan

Edivaldo Júnior (brasileño) es Ministro Ordenado, Licenciado en Teología (STNCS), Bachiller en Teología y Pastoral Juvenil (STNCS), Especialista en Misiones (STNB) y Tecnólogo en Logística. Sirvió del 2017 al 2022 con un equipo de misioneros, plantando una iglesia en la provincia de Córdoba en Argentina, y también desarrollando ministerios, capacitando líderes y desarrollando la iglesia en varias provincias del país. Cinthia Galván (Argentina) es profesora de Educación Física, graduada en Misiones Transculturales del Seminario Nazareno Sudamericano - CFM Hispano y Especialista en Misiones a pueblos no alcanzados. Desde niña, junto a su familia, ha servido en las áreas de plantación de iglesias, ministerio infantil y adoración. Actualmente forma parte del equipo distrital de MNI, sirviendo como movilizadora de misiones juveniles. Juntos son plantadores de iglesias en la Patagonia Argentina, pastorean, sirven en las áreas de discipulado, educación teológica, formación de nuevos líderes y desarrollan proyectos en las áreas de deportes, idiomas y alfabetización, como estrategias de evangelización en el campo misionero. Their ministry is based on serving the local churches by providing resources and support to the communities through the Nazarene churches. Nazarene Missions Teams is a wonderful tool God is using to inspire and support the local churches to continue to make Christ-like disciples in all nations. Nazarene Missions Teams focuses on serving others, partnering with brothers and sisters that are willing to show the compassion and love of Christ. God has used this ministry to effectively help the church of the Nazarene grow and move forward all over the world. Tammy was born and grew up in Michigan, USA. She worked for 14 years as a Radiographer/CAT Scan Technologist until moving to the Dominican Republic to serve alongside Eliezel.  They have three beautiful children, Elianny, Esteban, and Esther Rose. Eliezel was born and grew up in the Dominican Republic.  As a teenager he volunteered for Youth For Christ, NYI, JF, and the W&W ministry in his home country. After years of volunteer work, he was assigned as the W&W coordinator for the Dominican Republic, and later served as a missionary in the same position in Central America. In May of 2011 he returned to his home country of the Dominican Republic to serve as the W&W coordinator there again.  Then Eliezel and Tammy were called to serve in the country of Panama as a family for the past 8 years. They both recognize that God has a perfect plan for their lives. Even when at times they try to go their own way, God is always there to redeem them. They are an example of how God uses very ordinary people who have decided to serve Him extraordinarily. They praise and give thanks to God for the Church of the Nazarene and the World Evangelism Fund which make it possible for them to fulfill their call in missions. They want to follow Jesus each and every day and learn His perfect will for their lives. God has always been faithful to them. Elizabeth Daza

Elizabeth es boliviana y presbítero de la Iglesia del Nazareno. Posee una Licenciatura en Teología del Seminario Teológico Nazareno del Cono Sur, y una Licenciatura en Ciencia Política y Gestión Pública de la Universidad Mayor de San Andrés, con especialización en Relaciones Internacionales y Diplomacia. Desde los 15 años ha servido en distintas áreas de la iglesia, ocupando roles en JNI, DNI y MNI a nivel local, distrital y nacional. También fue docente en el Seminario Nazareno Boliviano (SENABOL), Coordinadora Nacional de Ministerios Nazarenos de Compasión (MNC) y Secretaria de la Junta Nacional de Jubilación. De febrero de 2020 a enero de 2024 pastoreó una iglesia en el Distrito La Paz, Bolivia, con la misión de reabrir una congregación que había cerrado. No fue una tarea sencilla, pero en todo el proceso pudo ver la provisión y dirección de Dios. Junto a un equipo de trabajo, emprendieron el ministerio al cual Dios los había llamado; hoy la iglesia está en crecimiento y cuenta con una nueva infraestructura. Con un llamado misionero desde su adolescencia, hoy sirve en Chile como Asistente de la Superintendente del Distrito Chile Los Lagos y apoyando el fortalecimiento de la obra en la Iglesia del Nazareno Victoria. Ora por su vida y ministerio, para que Dios la guíe, le dé sabiduría y la use como instrumento en sus manos. “Hice un compromiso con Dios de servirle y dar lo mejor de mí. Elizabeth Medeiros

Elizabeth Medeiros, affectionately known as Bethinha Medeiros in the Church of the Nazarene, was born in Recife, Pernambuco, in northeastern Brazil. She came to know the Lord Jesus Christ in her early teens, at the age of 11, and has always been very dedicated to church activities. She learned early on that she should serve the Lord with order, decency, and a joyful heart.  Bethinha graduated with a degree in Education and has always been very dedicated to her professional career. She has taught at all levels of basic education, from early childhood education to higher education. In 2005, she discovered the Church of the Nazarene in her city and began to reconnect with her missionary calling, which had been dormant. But more than anything, she discovered that serving the Lord full-time was what was missing in her life, and she began to tell the Lord that her heart's desire was to give back to Him everything He had allowed her to learn in the area of teaching and learning. For Bethinha, discipleship and care are her ministry. She has always been available to serve and for many years has been involved in teaching and discipleship ministry. She was President of NDI in her local church and Vice-President of NDI in the District. She has also developed training and education programs for Sunday School teachers and discipleship teachers in Brazil. She participates in the working group that develops curricula for Bible schools and collaborates in the establishment and consolidation of churches. Ordained as a deacon, she is serving at the Nazarene Bible Seminary in Santiago, Chile, as an academic assistant, where she can contribute to theological education, which is confirmation that God heard her prayer to give back to the Kingdom of God everything He has taught her in her secular life. Always seeking to stay up to date and passionate about building knowledge, she is currently pursuing her second master's degree at the Nazarene Theological Seminary in Brazil, in Pastoral Leadership from a Wesleyan Perspective. She took Acts 1:8 as the basic text for her ministry: “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

Fernando & Liliana Almeida

Liliana and Fernando Almeida are global missionaries with the Church of the Nazarene currently serving on the Western Mediterranean Field. Their ministry focuses on Theological Education and the coordination of Nazarene Missions International (NMI) and Nazarene Discipleship International (NDI), supporting the development of leaders and mission-minded churches across the field. Liliana is originally from Cape Verde and Fernando was born in Portugal. They met in Lisbon, Portugal where both their paths converged to study. They began their ministry in the Portugal District from where they were deployed as missionaries in 2004. The Almeidas served for nine years on the South America Region where they held a variety of administrative and leadership roles. Their work included leadership development at the Nazarene seminary in Quito, strengthening the mission vision of local churches through NMI, and supporting the deployment of missionaries from South American countries. They also have been serving on the faculty of the European Nazarene College (EuNC) on the Eurasia Region for eleven years, contributing to the equipping of new leaders for the Church of the Nazarene in Europe and parts of Asia with their main focus being on Western Mediterranean Countries. Liliana holds a BA in Sociology. Fernando holds advanced degrees in theology, church administration, and leadership, including a Doctor of Education. Liliana and Fernando are members of the Almada Church of the Nazarene in Portugal. They have two children, Nicole and André.

Henrique Martins de Almeida

Henrique nativo de Campinas, São Paulo, Brasil, va a empezar servir en Colombia en 2024. Desde los 11 años, ha estado involucrado en misiones en su iglesia local con énfasis en la evangelización en las calles de la ciudad. A la edad de 16 años, comprende el llamado del Señor al ministerio transcultural. Licenciado en Derecho por la Universidade Paulista. Participó en varios viajes misioneros de corto plazo en algunos estados de Brasil y experiencia intercultural en el Medio Oriente, Jordania. Él tiene experiencia como consejero de MNI a nivel distrital durante 2 años, y presidente de MNI local durante 5 años. Su asignación será con plantación de iglesias. Actualmente se encuentra en el proceso de buscar y comunicarse con su red de apoyo (intercesores y patrocinadores financieros). Heyner Rufasto

Heyner Rufasto nació en Chiclayo, Perú, donde conoció al Señor a la edad de 9 años y comenzó a servir en el ministerio desde muy joven, enseñando a niños en su iglesia local. A los 15 años respondió al llamado de Dios a las misiones. Inició su preparación ministerial en un instituto en Perú enfocado en el trabajo misionero con niños, adolescentes y jóvenes. Posteriormente, participó en la plantación de iglesias del Nazareno en distintos países de Sudamérica, incluyendo Perú, Ecuador, Chile y Argentina, donde también se desempeñó como pastor asociado. Durante casi tres años, sirvió en Chile como asistente de la Coordinación Integral de Ministerios. Es miembro de la Iglesia del Nazareno de Bragado, en el Distrito Buenos Aires Oeste (BAO). Actualmente, se encuentra en despliegue global como misionero de la Iglesia del Nazareno, sirviendo como Coordinador de Finanzas del Área Cono Sur (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay y Paraguay), apoyando la misión a través de una administración estratégica y el fortalecimiento de los procesos financieros del área. Heyner es Bachiller en Teología por el Seminario Teológico Nazareno del Cono Sur, Coach Ontológico, posee un Diplomado en Asistencia de Gerencia por la CCL y es Presbítero en la Iglesia del Nazareno.

João & Mariza Melo

João y Mariza son brasileños, casados desde noviembre de 2019 y, por la gracia de Dios, desde 2020 han servido juntos en misiones como familia. La trayectoria misionera de la pareja comenzó en su iglesia local, donde sirvieron en diversos ministerios, como: MNI, JNI, Nazateen, alabanza y comunicaciones. Además, participaron en viajes misioneros de corto plazo. Fue en ese contexto de servicio que Dios los llamó a dedicar sus vidas íntegramente a la misión. João Marcelo es graduado en Teología, Misiología y Guitarra Clásica. Mariza tiene formación en Teología, Misiología y Ciencias de la Computación. Ambos son ministros licenciados por la Iglesia del Nazareno. Durante casi cuatro años, sirvieron en la ciudad de Barranquilla, Colombia, con enfoque en plantación de iglesias y coordinación de los estudios teológicos del Distrito Costa de Colombia. En ese período, dictaron clases en el seminario, lideraron la JNI y pastorearon la Iglesia del Nazareno Bienvenido a Casa. En la región América del Sur, integraron el equipo de Movilización Misionera. João coordinó los EXPLOREs y Mariza se desempeñó como Coordinadora de Movilización para Colombia en 2025. Tras un período de oración y búsqueda de la dirección de Dios, la pareja inicia ahora una nueva etapa ministerial junto a la Región África. João servirá como asistente de The Cause y Mariza asumirá la función de especialista en comunicación de misiones. Este será un tiempo de transición, adaptación y nuevos desafíos. Jonas & Thaís Sitoe

Jonas and Thais Sitoe are global missionaries sering as Education Coordinators in Angola, where they will work in the ares of pastoral formation and Leadership development. They will also support the local churches and districts in evangelistic and discipleship efforts. Jonas and Thais are both educators and served in the country of Mozambique from 2013. Jonas served as auxiliary Pastor in the Church of the Nazarene Maputo - Central and as a teacher and Academic Dean of the Nazarene Seminary in Mozambique. Thais served as Coordinator of the Nazarene Community School and rental manager for incoming guests at the Nazarene Seminary in Mozambique. Their dream is to see the integral development of the church:  that education would to be accessible to all and that a generation of mature leaders will be developed who are capable of leading the church more efficiently. Their goal is that these leaders will impact Angola through the testimony of their holiness lifestyle and will reach the greatest possible number of souls for Christ. The Sitoe’s greatest motivation is to witness the love of Christ and fulfill the calling of God in their lives, serving him with excellence. Jonas is from Mozambique and Thais is from Brazil.  They met in Brazil in 2008 and were married in 2011. They have one son named Davi. Jorge & Ana Betsy Baños

¡Somos la familia Baños! Servimos como misioneros de la Iglesia del Nazareno, asignados a la Región Mesoamerica, específicamente en el área Mesocentral. Vivimos en Costa Rica. Jorge se graduó de la Universidad Nazarena, Universidad Evangélica de las Américas en Costa Rica y Nazarene Theological Seminary en Estados Unidos. Ana es graduada de la Universidad de Panamá, el Seminario Nazareno de las Américas y la Universidad Evangélica de las Américas en Costa Rica. Antes de ingresar al campo misionero, Jorge fue cofundador y pastor asociado de la Iglesia del Nazareno en Zaragoza. También colaboró en la fundación de la Iglesia del Nazareno de Santa Tecla; ambas iglesias están en el Distrito Oeste de El Salvador. Como pareja, Jorge y Ana sirvieron en el ministerio pastoral en dos iglesias en el Distrito Central de Costa Rica (San Rafael de Montes de Oca y Desamparados). También Ana fue presidente de la Escuela Dominical en la iglesia local, Directora de distrito de ETED (Educación Teológica Descentralizada) y profesora del Seminario Nazareno de las Américas. Jorge se desempeña actualmente como Coordinador Nacional de Ministerios en Costa Rica. Ana se desempeña como Administradora y Tesorera de la Oficina de área Mesocentral. Tenemos una hija Daniela Michelle. Ella esta estudiando en la Universidad.

Leo & Romina Barreto

Leo y Romi Barreto sirven como misioneros voluntarios en la Iglesia del Nazareno desde el año 2012 y actualmente lo hacen como misioneros patrocinados. A partir de enero de 2026 estarán asignados a Campinas, Brasil, para la apertura de un polo de preparación misionera. Su ministerio se enfoca especialmente en la movilización misionera de jóvenes sudamericanos y en la formación de nuevos misioneros para la obra transcultural. En Argentina, Leo y Romina plantaron la Iglesia del Nazareno Nueva Vida en Formosa, donde han servido como pastores hasta diciembre de 2025. Además, acompañaron el ministerio entre los Pueblos Originarios, trabajando junto a las etnias wichí y toba en la plantación de iglesias indígenas y la educación teológica transcultural por 7 años. Desde 2021, Romina sirve en el equipo de Misiones Nazarenas Internacionales (MNI) de América del Sur, y entre 2021 y 2025 fue Coordinadora Nacional de MNI en Argentina. Actualmente, Leo es Coordinador Regional de la Juventud Nazarena Internacional (JNI) en América del Sur, promoviendo la visión de una generación de jóvenes movilizados para la misión de Dios. Como profesionales, Romina es Licenciada en Trabajo Social y Leo es Técnico en Prevención Comunitaria en Adicciones y Salud Mental. Ambos poseen estudios teológicos y son Bachilleres en Misionología (CCMT) y en Teología (STNCS), lo que fundamenta su compromiso con la capacitación integral de líderes y misioneros. Leo y Romina están casados hace 15 años (2010) y tienen dos hijos: Sofía (10) y Thiago (9). Lisa Lehman

Lisa Lehman is a global missionary for the Church of the Nazarene in Thailand since 2001. She serves as Asia Pacific Regional Literature Coordinator, SE Asia Field Prayer Newsletter Coordinator, and advises the development of the Thailand District as she builds relationships, develops Thai leaders, and oversees translation teams working in over 20 languages. She teaches pastoral training courses, preaches holiness, and engages in prayer ministries in Thailand District and SEA Field.  In these ways she is actively developing leaders throughout SE Asia and the AP Region while living in Bangkok. Lisa graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in 1993 with a B.A. in elementary education. She received her M.A. in special education from Governors State University in 2000, followed by a certificate of cross-cultural ministry from NTS in the same year.  She was ordained an elder on the Chicago Central District of the Church of the Nazarene in 2007. She received her post-graduate certificate in leadership from Asia Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary in 2022. Lisa initially felt called to missions as a seven-year-old, and her call was confirmed several times throughout her teen years before God called her to preach cross-culturally. Luis & Jenny Espinoza

Español: Con 17 años de matrimonio Luis y Jenny han desarrollado sus ministerios en diferentes ciudades de Ecuador junto a sus hijos Anaís (17) y Emanuel (16), quiénes desde muy pequeños también han estado inmersos en el servicio. Como pequeños misioneros dentro de su propio país, Anaís y Emanuel con solo 4 y 5 años de edad disfrutaban viajar cada semana para enseñar a otros niños las coreografías infantiles, ayudar a su mamá en la escuela dominical y participar en teatros, mientras su papá predicaba. Ya en la adolescencia, se convirtieron en maestros de niños, se involucraron como líderes en la JNI, en la danza, teatros y hasta en la alabanza. Siguiendo el ejemplo de sus padres, Anaís, ha sido vocalista y corista en su iglesia local por algunos años. Emanuel entona teclado, bajo y guitarra pero desde que era tan solo un bebé, su instrumento preferido ha sido la batería llegando incluso a enseñar a otros jóvenes en la iglesia a tocar estos instrumentos musicales.  Luis y Jenny estuvieron sirviendo en el JNI nacional, además, han ministrado en Guayaquil, Ventanas, Machala y finalmente plantaron la primera Iglesia del Nazareno en Manta. Después de 8 años en Manta, aceptaron el llamado misionero y recibieron su asignación como misioneros globales, asumiendo el desafío de llevar avivamiento a Uruguay como CIM (Coordinador integral de ministerios). Luis es músico y Jenny canta, pero además han estado involucrados en el trabajo con niños, jóvenes y adultos, también, en el ministerio de matimonios. Ellos son apasionados y han visto milagros, en sus propias vidas y en otros. Además han sido testigos de muchas vidas transformadas, lo que los impulsa a hacer discípulos hasta lo último de la tierra. As young missionaries within their own country, Anaís and Emanuel, at only 4 and 5 years old, enjoyed traveling every week to teach other children choreographies, help their mother in Sunday school and participate in dramas, while their father preached. As teenagers, they became children's Sunday School teachers, got involved as leaders in NYI, dance, drama and even worship. Following the example of her parents, Anaís has been a vocalist and in the choir in her local church for many years. Emanuel plays keyboard, bass and guitar but since he was just a baby, his favorite instrument has been the drums, even teaching other young people in the church to play these musical instruments. Luis and Jenny have been serving in the national NYI of Ecuador, and have ministered in the cities of Guayaquil, Ventanas, Machala, and finally planted the first Church of the Nazarene in Manta. After 8 years in Manta, they accepted the missionary call and received their assignment as global missionaries, taking on the challenge of bringing revival to Uruguay as CIM (Holistic Ministry Coordinator). Luis is a musician and Jenny sings, but they have also been involved in working with children, youth, and adults, as well as in marriage ministry. They are passionate and have seen miracles, in their own lives and in others. They have also witnessed many transformed lives, which drives them to make disciples to the ends of the earth. Their major goal in Uruguay is to raise up a new generation of pastors and leaders who are willing to expand the kingdom of God in their country and the world. Marcio & Amber Batista

We are: Marcio, Amber, Joshua, Lucas and Sophia Rev. Márcio is a pastor, therapist and coach from Brazil. He was a co-founder of a successful geological company in Brazil when, in 2005, God asked him to leave his career to serve the Lord amongst the nations. His academic background includes two bachelors (Geology and Theology) and two masters (Geosciences and Pastoral Counselling). Dr. Amber is medically trained and a marine biologist from Australia. A daughter of missionaries, she spent many years living in a creative access area in Asia and worked as part of an orphanage and children’s hospital. She sensed God’s calling over her life to become a doctor and serve Him through this profession in the nations, where the gospel is much higher than words and should be translated into practical love. Márcio and Amber first met in Argentina in 2005, when they started their full-time missionary work together, and were married in 2007, during their work in Scotland. They then moved to Southeast Asia, where they ministered for six years, subsequently moved to Brazil for three years, and then spent the last 2 years in the Philippines. They are blessed with three bright and active children who were each born in different countries: Joshua (2016), Lucas (2018), and Sophia (2021). It has been over sixteen years of fulfilling work, where they have organized and conducted various programs in missions, counseling, community work and leadership development. God has now called them to be part of the transformative plan that He is writing in this part of the world. Márcio and Amber will minister in the areas of Church Development, Compassionate Ministries and Mission Mobilization. Marco & Mirza Velasco

Marco y Myrza son misioneros en Costa Rica, sirviendo como Vicerrectores en el Seminario Nazareno de las Américas (SENDAS). De nacionalidad mexicana. Casados por 35 años. Cumplen aniversario el 11 de abril. Tienen dos hijos adultos, David casado con Cecilia y Ana casada con Zuri.  Su ministerio pastoral se implementa en dos partes: 1) Ensenada, Baja, México de 1987-2004, como pastor de la Iglesia del Nazareno "Ebenezer", y como Decano Académico del Instituto Bíblico Nazareno hoy Seminario Nazareno Mexicano, Campus Tecate. 2) Chiapas, México de 2004 a 2017 como co-pastor de la Tercera Iglesia de Tuxtla, en el Distrito Sur de México en colaboración con el Pbro. Fredi Arreola, y como Director del Seminario Nazareno Mexicano Campus Tuxtla del 2015-2017. Myrza durante esta segunda etapa desarrolló el ministerio Infantil con la Iglesia Infantil y el coro de niños de la iglesia local. Realizó estudios de música en el Instituto Bíblico Nazareno Noroccidental (1992), y se graduó en Asociado en Artes, Música y Adoración. Fue el Ministro de Música de nuestra iglesia Ebenezer (1990-2014). Realizó diferentes seminarios de música en la Escuela de Música en Ensenada, BC, México (2000). Ha cursado diplomados como secretaría, computación, consejería para la niñez y la familia. Para Marco los estudios han avanzado junto con su desarrollo pastoral y académico. Casi de forma complementaria. Inicialmente con el Bachillerato en Teología (1986); Maestría en Artes (1995, Point Loma); Lic. Sociología (2001, UABC); Maestría en Orientación de la Familia (2013, SENDAS); Doctorado en Ministerio (2017, NTS). Después de 27 años de Ministerio Pastoral soñaron con poder dedicarse a la enseñanza a tiempo completo. Y desde Mayo de 2017 iniciaron una nueva etapa y aventura en el ministerio siendo parte de SENDAS con una misión especial diseñada en la Enseñanza Teológica. Ambos agradecen esta gran oportunidad de servicio a través de Misiones Globales. Esperan con la ayuda de Dios cumplir fielmente cada día de este nuevo ministerio. ¡A Dios sea gloria y honor!

Mario & Jessy López

Mario y Jessi son un matrimonio mexicano sirviendo como misioneros patrocinados de la Iglesia del Nazareno. Jessi comenzó su ministerio sirviendo en el proyecto Génesis plantando Iglesias, mientras que Mario sirvió como pastor y es un ministro ordenado de la Iglesia del Nazareno. Juntos decidieron dedicar su vida a las misiones y han sido parte de los ministerios de Trabajo y Testimonio, Sociedades, Administración y Evangelismo en diversos paises como Haití, República Dominicana, México y Cuba. Y ahora Dios los ha llamado para servir en la Región Sudamérica en el desarrollo de proyectos misioneros que lleven a otros a descubrir su llamado. Ellos están seguros de que Dios los ha llamado a servir por toda su vida y su pasión los ha movido a ofrendar su vida en amor a Dios y así servir como canales de Gracia para aquellos que mas necesitan del Señor. Martin & Cezarina Glendenning

Cezi and Martin serve as leaders of the Central Europe Field. Since November 2023, Cezi has been serving as the Field Strategy Coordinator (FSC) for Central Europe becoming the first native-born FSC on this field. Martin serves as the Nazarene Compassionate Ministries (NCM) Coordinator for Central Europe as well as helping in Field Finance and Administration. They currently live in Zagreb, Croatia where they continue to serve in their local church, the first church in the Pioneer Area of Croatia. Cezarina is originally from Albania. In 2001, she moved to Florence, Italy where she studied, worked, and served as an NYI leader, an NMI president, a church board member, and in other local ministries for seven years. In 2008, God called her to move to Germany and prepare herself for ministry at European Nazarene College, where she studied and graduated with a BA in Theology. In May 2016, she received a Master’s Degree from Northwest Nazarene University in Missional Leadership. Martin is originally from the Mid-West, USA. He is a CPA and graduated from Mid-America Nazarene University with degrees in Accounting and Business Administration. In November 2017, he received a Master’s Degree in International Development from Kimmage Development Studies Centre in Dublin, Ireland. Martin and Cezi have two amazing boys. Reuben, who was born in Germany in 2014, and Lukas, who was born in Hungary in 2017, are already world citizens. They have an American father, an Albanian mother, and were all four born in different countries. Both boys attend a Croatian-speaking school and are fluent in Croatian and English. Martin and Cezi feel blessed to be serving God in Central Europe. Although raising a young family has drastically changed their daily activities, Martin still tries to find time to bike and Cezi continues to enjoy cooking, traveling, and hosting people in her home. Having lived in several countries, she has adapted several cultural cooking styles that her family is very fortunate to take advantage of. They consider themselves blessed and fortunate to be able to be a part of what God is doing in Croatia and Central Europe.

Monte & Bethany Cyr

Monte & Bethany Cyr (pronounced 'Sear') are Global Missionaries for the Church of the Nazarene on the Mesoamerica Region (Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean). Monte has served as the Regional Partnerships Coordinator since March 2025. His main responsibilities include connecting churches and districts on the Mesoamerica Region with churches and districts in other parts of the world for mutual encouragement, support and ministry. Bethany serves as the office administrator. Monte and Bethany have additionally served as youth pastors in the U.S. from 1990 until their missionary appointment in 1998, and then as the Africa Region Youth Ministries Coordinator (1998-2006), the Caribbean Region Youth Ministries Coordinator (2006-2011), and the Mesoamerica Region Discipleship Coordinator (2011-2025). The Cyr’s have four children:  Robert (working in Seward, Alaska), Amy with husband Jamie (working in Seward, Alaska), Bryan with wife Jecca (teaching music in Louisville, Kentucky) with their 3 children Clara, Miles and Ella, and Nkele (pronounced En-Kay-Lee) (living and working in Madison, Wisconsin). Nayara Silva

Brasileña, nacida en la ciudad de Natal, RN, tuvo el privilegio de conocer a Cristo desde niña. A los nueve años, tomó la decisión de entregar su vida a Cristo y, siendo aún una niña, se hizo miembro de la Iglesia del Nazareno. Aprendió sobre misiones en la iglesia local y desde entonces se interesó por el tema. Con la convicción de que Dios comenzó a prepararla desde niña, mientras escuchaba testimonios e historias misioneras, se involucró en muchos ministerios de la iglesia local, como el ministerio de artes y discipulado de niños, grupos de evangelismo, participó en varios viajes misioneros de corto plazo, sirvió en los ministerios de danza y teatro, enseñó clases de Escuela Dominical, formó parte del consejo misionero y estuvo en el liderazgo de NazaKids durante 10 años. En 2013, entendió que el Señor la llamaba a servirle en misiones, pero antes de servir en un contexto transcultural, se graduó en Danza en la Universidad Federal de Rio Grande do Norte, hizo la Capacitación Informal para el Ministerio Infantil de la Alianza Pro-Evangelización de la Infancia (APEC), se graduó de la Capacitación Integral para el Campo en el Centro Evangélico de Misiones y completó el curso de Consejería Familiar Pastoral de EIRENE do Brasil. Pasó dos meses en Kenia/África sirviendo a niños y adolescentes en colaboración con su iglesia local, el Centro Evangélico de Misiones y la Iglesia del Nazareno en Kenia. Hoy es una misionera patrocinada, y en 2020 llegó a Quito/Ecuador y comenzó a servir con Ministerios Nazarenos de Compasión (MNC) para la región de América del Sur. Y desde 2023 sirve como Coordinadora Regional de Desarrollo Integral Infantil, un programa de MNC. Ella entiende que estar en misión es entregar al Señor todo lo que El le ha dado: «Porque de él, y por él, y para él, son todas las cosas: a él sea la gloria por los siglos. Amén». (Rom.11:36)

Oziel & Nelida Morais

The Morais Family – Called to Serve at All Times and in All Places The Morais family has its roots in the Cape Verde Islands, located in the heart of the Atlantic Ocean, off the west coast of the African continent. Composed of a missionary couple and their two children – Jonathan Gabriel and Rafaela Ayana – the family has dedicated their lives to Christian service and the expansion of God's Kingdom. After spending eight years in Brazil, pursuing theological studies and engaging in ministry, they returned to Cape Verde, where they faithfully served for more than a decade in various areas of ministry. Now, answering a new call, they are serving as global missionaries on the African continent, with a focus on education, leadership, and church statistics. An ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene since 2010, Dr. Oziel Morais holds a PhD in Educational Systems Policy and Administration and a Master’s in Religious Studies, with an emphasis on Integral Church Development. Over the past 20 years, he has served as a pastor, university professor, researcher, trainer, and mentor of leaders, and as Academic Director of the Nazarene Seminary of Cape Verde. He also served as Education Coordinator for the now-defunct Lusophone Field in Africa, and through his personal initiative, the Leadership Institute, he has trained and mentored leaders around the world. Currently, he serves as a global missionary, coordinating ministerial education in Lusophone countries, with a special focus on training lay pastors and leaders in Mozambique and Angola, and supporting other Portuguese-speaking nations in Africa. Holding a Master’s degree in Mathematics, Nélida Morais has extensive experience as a high school teacher and has developed a pastoral ministry deeply connected to care, compassion, and the education of children and adolescents. She is a licensed pastor with the Northern District of Cape Verde and has served as district Compassionate Ministries Coordinator, local DNI and MNI president, among other roles. Today, as a global missionary, she is responsible for church statistics and strategic development for the Church of the Nazarene in Mozambique and Angola, contributing to the efficiency and sustainable growth of the mission. The couple’s children are also part of the missionary journey. Jonathan Gabriel is currently in 9th grade, and Rafaela Ayana is in 3rd grade. Both are in a phase of adaptation and growth, immersed in a new cultural and educational reality. Pablo & Viviana Tello

The Tello family is made up of Pablo and Viviana, along with their three children: Matteo (15), born in Florence, Italy; Esteban (12), born in Buenos Aires, Argentina; and little Aramí (5), born in Asunción, Paraguay. Pablo and Viviana were married 23 years ago and since then, they have shared their life and faith, developing various ministries together in different countries and contexts. As global missionaries of the Church of the Nazarene, they served the last eight years in Paraguay, where they accompanied faith communities, strengthened the formation of leaders, and worked on missionary projects. In 2025, they moved to Genoa, Italy, with the goal of planting the first Church of the Nazarene in the city, opening a space of encounter, hope, and transformation for many people. Today, the Tello family continues their mission with passion, sharing the gospel and serving the community, trusting that God continues to write their story in every step of faith.

Peter & Jenny Isaac

Peter and Jenny from Papua New Guinea are called by God to serve Him in one of the Pacific Island countries called, Port Vila, Vanuatu. Peter has been a Pastor for many years before he met Jenny, and they were married on January 6, 1996. Peter pastored Neville Bartle Memorial Church at Kundiawa (PNG) and Jenny was working as a nurse at the hospital. In 1998, Peter heard the call to return so he could continue education in ministry. Jenny resigned from her job and they left for Bible College. They both graduated from the Melanesian Nazarene Bible College with Bachelor degree in Theology. They have been teaching at Melanesian Nazarene Bible College, chaplin for Bible students, and college church pastors. Peter was also a Chairmen of the Melanesian Nazarene Publication House while Jenny was working at the college clinic and starting a women’s radio ministry; “Krai Blong Ol Meri” program. Later in the mission field, Jenny did continue education and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in language and education at the University of the South Pacific. God has blessed them with three boys: Bennett, Ennrich, and Isaac Junior. Together they have served God’s people and the church of the Nazarene as missionaries for 20 years. Their three sons have been very supportive to God’s mission in Vanuatu. Currently they are all studying at the university. The Isaacs’ mission is to make Christlike disciples. They build relationships with people, preach, teach, train upcoming leaders, and guide and administer churches. Thank you all for your prayers and your support in giving to preach the Holiness message and extend God’s kingdom. René Gutiérrez

Nací en Chihuahua, México. Soy el mayor junto con mis dos hermanas. Mis padres aceptaron a Cristo como respuesta a su necesidad alcohólica de mi padre, yo tenía meses de nacido, ahí comienza nuestra historia de bendición. Durante mi niñez, aprendí a servir junto a ellos, después en mi juventud me involucré en ministerios de la iglesia local como JNI, MNI, oración, evangelismo, capacitación y desarrollo de líderes en JNI zona y distrito. Segui de voluntario en Ethos conservando la creación que era un grupo ecológico cristiano, así como voluntario en MNC. Termine la lic. en biología y actualmente estudio un doctorado en ecología y gestión ambiental. Tuve la oportunidad de ser misionero del proyecto Génesis Mesoamérica en Veracruz del 2014-16 siendo el inicio de mi camino en las misiones. Al regreso me incorporé a MNC en la implementación de proyectos de purificadoras de agua. Me incorporé a la Oficina de IDN Area México como coordinador del CENTRO DE Capacitación del área México (CECAAM), tuve la oportunidad de ser plantador de una misión en Mezcala con licencia de ministro licenciado. También  Coordinador de Movilización Misionera área México, viendo todo el potencial de misioneros en la nacion. Actualmente estoy iniciando una nueva etapa en mi vida ministerial al ser asignado global a la isla de Curazao para ayudar a desarrollar la iglesia del Nazareno ahí junto a un equipo que también han respondido al llamado de Dios. Roger & Damaris Kellogg

Roger grew up in Idaho and Damaris was born and raised in Guatemala. They both grew up in a Conservative Holiness church. Damaris' parents were Pastors for Emmanuel Foundation in Guatemala City where she first got her call from missions from a young age. Roger also received a called to missions at a young age and attended The Bible Missionary Church. They both met in Guatemala on a Touching Lives for Christ trip. Soon after this trip Roger served in Nigeria, Africa for 6 months. They both attended Hobe Sound Bible College in Hobe Sound, Florida. They got married in October 1995 and lived in Nampa, Idaho until they left for the mission field. They have two daughters, Heather Eunice, and Kristen Isabella. They have both left home and are now in College. So we are now getting use to the “Empty Nester” feeling. In 2016 they left for the mission field and are currently serving on the Norcentral field. Roger is the Work and Witness corrdinator and Damaris is the Compassionate ministries coordinator. We feel that God has blessed us exceedingly allowing us to serve on this field. The Nor-Central Area (Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador) in the Mesoamerica region.

Roger & Deysi Lemus

Somos Roger y Deysi Lemus, nacidos en El Salvador. Nos conocimos en la 1a Iglesia del Nazareno de San Salvador. Desde nuestra juventud hemos servido al Señor en diferentes ministerios locales: JNI, compasión, alabanza, DNI, etc. Dios nos ha dado tres hijos: Daysi Elizabeth, Roger Jr. y Jaime. Dios nos llamó al ministerio pastoral en el año 2000, en el distrito Oriente de El Salvador y luego hemos servido en el Seminario Teológico Nazareno en Guatemala apoyando el Centro de Convenciones y Deysi como secretaria Asistente del Coordinador de área en la oficina del Área Norcentral. Hemos pastoreado cuatro iglesias desde entonces y también hemos servido como coordinadores de Evangelismo y Película Jesús. Durante nuestro ministerio pastoral hemos fundado cuatro iglesias: una en El Salvador y tres en Guatemala. Adicionalmente, hemos servido como capacitadores de líderes en el área de plantación de iglesias y formación teológica, hemos participado y coordinado grupos de viajes misioneros con Película Jesús. Dios nos ha permitido trabajar con muchos superintendentes y líderes de la región Mesoamérica en nuestra área, pero también en el Caribe: Cuba, Jamaica, Panamá, Haití, República Dominicana y los Estados Unidos. Actualmente hemos sido asignados para servir en las islas ABC, Curazao, Aruba y Bonaire, donde recientemente la iglesia del Nazareno ha logrado entrar, nuestro ministerio aquí es desarrollar la 1a. Iglesia del Nazareno en su doctrina, gobierno y estructura además de plantar la iglesia en español, inglés y papiamento que es el idioma local. Rogamos sus oraciones por nuestros hijos que están lejos, pues juntos servimos al Señor y son de gran apoyo en el ministerio. Oren que Dios nos dé gracia y sabiduría y sobre todo nos dé siempre un mensaje de esperanza del poder del evangelio que transforma vidas y de igual manera podamos compartir la experiencia de la entera santificación en un mundo de necesidad.

Sam & Kristi Senica

Sam and Kristi Senica are lifelong Nazarenes who met in youth group at Crossbridge Community Church of the Nazarene in North Central Illinois and were married in November 2006. Their call to missions grew out of years of Work and Witness trips at home and abroad, including teams they led to Antigua and the Dominican Republic. In 2018, their pastor asked them to oversee a new partnership between their church and missionaries in the Dominican Republic. They said yes without any sense of where it would lead, but as the partnership grew, so did a desire they hadn't expected, and they realized God was calling them into missions full-time. In May 2021, Sam and Kristi moved to the Dominican Republic with their four kids: Tyler, Madilyn, Owen, and Edith. A fifth, Elsie, was born there in August 2022. They served in the Dominican Republic until August 2023, when they were called to serve in the USA/Canada Region. Today the Senicas are based in Oklahoma City. Kristi serves as the Missions Mobilization Coordinator for USA/Canada, and Sam serves as the Regional Personnel Coordinator. Together they lead the Cause in their region, a global missions initiative raising up missional leaders for the cause of the King and the cause of the Kingdom. They love supporting and resourcing churches, pastors, and district superintendents across the region as we all live out the call to go and make disciples. Scot & Jill Riggins

Scot and Jill Riggins serve in Manila, Philippines with their five children. Scot is the Regional Finance Coordinator for the Asia-Pacific Region. Jill is in a supporting role at home, catching whatever roles fit as they come – often hospitality, sometimes teaching or preaching, leading a Bible study, and now beginning the course of study for ordination. Together they have 5 children; Aden, Wiley, Noah, Emma and Audrey. Their family ‘came to be’ on the mission field. Scot and Jill met in 2002 in Papua New Guinea, where Scot was assisting the Field Director, and Jill was teaching the missionary kids. They were married in 2004, and their three boys were born at the Nazarene Mission Hospital there. In 2011, they moved to South Africa to serve in finance in the regional office in Johannesburg. While there, Emma was born. They have now lived in the Philippines, where Audrey was born, for ten years. From here, Scot has served as Field Finance Coordinator for the Australia-New Zealand Field as well as the Philippines-Micronesia Field, and also the Asia-Pacific Regional Finance Coordinator – sometimes all three at once!

Shannon Smith

Shannon has been serving in Cambodia since 2018. After spending many years in language school, as well as serving in many different roles, she is currently serving alongside our Cambodian Nazarene brothers and sisters in Christ in the area of District Development. Cambodia is a country that is 95% Buddhist and and there are only a little over 1% of people who are Christ followers. Our Cambodian Nazarene family are passionate about sharing the Gospel with their neighbors and friends. God is moving as the people of God make intentional efforts to bring light into the dark places in their villages and communities! Shannon would appreciate your prayers as she partners with the Cambodian people to disciple and train pastors who are working towards ordination, for the development of the Cambodia District, as churches are planted in unreached villages across the country, and as freedom in Christ is proclaimed to children, youth, and adults in the country of Cambodia.

Sixto & Katie Gaona

Rev. Sixto Gaona y Katie Anderson de Gaona sirven con sus dos hijas, Adyson y Joy. Se graduó del Instituto Bíblico Nazareno de Nuevo Horizonte y luego hizo su bachillerato y terminó sus clases de licenciatura en el Seminario Teológico Nazareno en Chiclayo Perú. Luego, Sixto pastoreó antes de servir como misionero en el sur de Perú en los esfuerzos de plantación de iglesias. Seguido a esto continuó trabajando por varios años como pastor. También es profesor de Idiomas graduado del Instituto Superior Publico “CAVM” Bagua Amazonas. Katie se graduó de la Universidad Mount Vernon Nazarene con dos bachilleratos en Administración de Empresas y Ciencias de la Familia y del Consumidor. Luego trabajó para el Servicio de Extensión de WVU y más tarde como administradora de la oficina de su iglesia local. Katie sirvió como misionera en Perú en los esfuerzos de plantación de iglesias. Sixto y Katie se conocieron mientras servían como misioneros y cuando terminaron, se casaron en Perú y pastorearon en el Distrito Perú Nor Oriente. Los Gaona actualmente están asignados como misioneros de la Iglesia del Nazareno en Bolivia con la meta de plantar una nueva iglesia y coordinar Equipos de Misiones Nazarenas.

Tim & Michelle Eby

Tim and Michelle Eby have served as commissioned missionaries with the Church of the Nazarene for 24 years in Africa. Tim grew up on the mission field in Papua New Guinea with his parents Lee and Carol Ann Eby.  Michelle is also a missionary kid from Beirut, Lebanon where her parents Larry and Sharon Buess served with the church of the Nazarene. Tim has a B.S. in Aviation Technology, his commercial pilot licenses, and began his career as a commercial pilot in Atlanta, Georgia.   In August of 1997, they were assigned as Nazarene missionaries to the Africa East Field to open the work for Nazarene Mission Aviation as a missionary pilot. The Ebys returned to the USA in 2003, where Tim completed his course of study, received a Master’s in Christian Education, and was ordained as a minister in April of 2006. They returned to Africa in November 2006. Tim worked in leadership development and church planting in the country of Senegal and across the Africa West Field for the next 11 years, and Michelle served as the field treasurer.  They moved to Johannesburg, South Africa in January 2018 where Tim is now serving as the Africa Regional Jesus Film and Evangelism Coordinator.  Michelle is serving on the finance team for the Africa Region. They have 4 children, 5 grandchildren, and call Nashville, TN their home.  God continues to work through the ministry of Tim and Michelle as they serve Him on the mission field.  Their passion is to see the development of national leaders who will lead the church in Africa to maturity and significance. Their positions require much travel and great wisdom as they develop tools of evangelism and discipleship that are effective for the African context. Please pray that God will give them strength, wisdom, and safety as they teach and preach the Good News of Christ in every corner of Africa.

Timothy & Grace Dlamini

Meet Timothy and Grace Dlamini from Eswatini. After being saved, God called  Timothy when he was 18 years to witness at home and wherever the Lord was going to plant him. Rev. Dlamini is passionate about Christian discipleship. They have been pastors of many churches in the South, East, and Central Districts. Timothy served as district treasurer in the South Disrict when he was a pastor of Nhlangano Church of the Nazarene. Rev. Dlamini received an MA in Religion from Southern Nazarene University and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Religion online at Africa Nazarene University. Grace is passionate about compassionate ministries and has completed a bachelor's degree in Theology at Southern African Nazarene University. After a fruitful ministry in lecturing at Southern African Nazarene University and pastoring Fitch Memorial Church of the Nazarene for 15 years, was elected by the Eswatini East District to serve as a DS where he served for 14 years. He also served as an interim DS of Sunrise District in South Africa.  Please pray for the Dlamini family as they continue to  follow God’s leadership

Wilfredo & Ana Zoila Marciaga

Ana Zoila creció en la Iglesia del Nazareno Landívar de la Ciudad de Guatemala, reconociendo a Cristo como su Señor y Salvador a la edad de 4 años. Sirvió al Señor en su iglesia local desde muy temprana edad en el coro infantil de la iglesia y luego como maestro de niños, luego sirvió en el ministerio de jóvenes en la iglesia local y en el distrito. Dios la llama al ministerio a los 18 años. Fue misionera regional durante 4 años y luego fungió como Rectora Administrativa del Seminario Teológico Nazareno, estando allí Dios la llama al ministerio misionero transcultural llegando a Panamá en 2013. Durante la Asamblea del año 2019 del Distrito Central de Guatemala fue ordenada como Presbítero de la Iglesia del Nazareno. Wilfredo asistió de niño a la Iglesia del Nazareno de El Progreso, en la Ciudad de Chorrera en Panamá. Después de unos años regresa buscando voluntariamente al Señor entregándole su vida a la edad de 14 años, a los 17 años consagra su vida al Señor y recibe el llamado de Dios a servirle. En iglesia local inicia sirviendo al Señor en el área de la música en el ministerio de Alabanza y en la Agrupación de música típica Siloé, fungiendo como vocalista, pero también tocando ocasionalmente el acordeón y las percusiones. Estando en este ministerio Dios le permite componer algunas alabanzas típicas. También fue colaborador en la fundación de la Iglesia del Nazareno de Espavé de Chame y la iglesia del Nazareno en Playa Chiquita, participando activamente en la predicación. Además, fue ordenado como Presbítero de la Iglesia del Nazareno en el 2022. En el 2013 Ana Zoila y Wilfredo se conocen y al año siguiente inician una relación formal basada en el Amor a Dios y a su servicio, casándose diciembre de 2016. Ahora como matrimonio sirven juntos como misioneros en la Región Mesoamérica. Wilfredo es el Coordinador Regional de Literatura siendo el encargado de la reproducción y distribución del material literario para la Región Mesoamérica. Ana Zoila es la Secretaria del Director Regional y de la Región teniendo a su cargo los procesos de ordenación, estadísticas entre otros asuntos de secretaria. También participa dentro del cuerpo de docentes de la academia de Pastoral Juvenil en Panamá. Juntos asisten a la Iglesia del Nazareno de El Progreso donde son maestros, Wilfredo de la clase de caballeros y Ana Zoila en la clase de jévenes. También ambos son parte del cuerpo de predicación.

Yoan & Astrid Camacaro

Yoan nació en Venezuela. A los 18 años viajó a Ecuador para realizar estudios ministeriales en el Seminario Teológico Nazareno Sudamericano. Yoan también obtuvo una Maestría en Misiones Transculturales en el Seminario Nazareno en Costa Rica. Actualmente, Yoan se desempeña como Coordinador Regional de la JNI y líder nacional de los Ministerios Ecuatorianos. Astrid nació en Ecuador, en un hogar cristiano y fue llamada al ministerio cuando tenía 15 años. Participó en su iglesia local como líder juvenil, escuela dominical y roles de liderazgo. Tiene una gran pasión por discipular y orientar a los jóvenes e involucrarlos en el ministerio y las misiones. Astrid actualmente se desempeña como Coordinadora Regional de Ministerios Nazarenos de Compasión. Yoan y Astrid tienen dos hijos, Yared y Thiago. ¡A Yared le encanta la música y los deportes, mientras que a Thiago le interesan los superhéroes, los dinosaurios y los coches! Antes del servicio misionero servimos durante 5 años como Pastores Principales en la ciudad de Ibarra, Ecuador. Ahora, servimos a Dios a través de la plantación de Iglesias, formación y capacitación de líderes, discipulado, reclutamiento de misioneros y pastores desde 2013. Desde enero de 2019, hemos servido como misioneros en Paraguay, una cultura de habla guaraní de gente cálida y amigable. Nos apasiona levantar líderes y representantes nacionales, promover el desarrollo de las iglesias y ser un recurso para el país. Serviremos en Italia como plantadores de iglesia y desarrolladores de lideres. ______
